This Privacy Policy applies to Bao Studios LLC (“Bao Studios,” “we,” “us”) and the mobile games and services we provide, including Bao Dash and future titles. It explains what information our games collect, how it is used, and your choices.
Information We Collect
- Leaderboard name — an optional, short display name you may choose voluntarily when submitting a score. It does not need to identify you.
- Score data — your high scores, submitted to our global leaderboard.
- Advertising information — automatically collected by our advertising partner (Google AdMob), which may include device identifiers, IP address, and usage data, to serve and measure ads.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect real names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, photos, camera data, or other personally identifiable information within our games.
Third-Party Services
Our games use trusted third-party services that may process limited data:
- Google AdMob — serves advertisements and may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Firebase / Firestore — stores leaderboard scores and chosen names, without requiring personally identifiable information.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to operate and display the global leaderboard, to serve and measure advertisements that keep our games free, and to maintain and improve our games.
Children’s Privacy
Our games are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The leaderboard name is entirely optional and need not identify anyone.
Data Retention & Your Choices
Leaderboard entries remain stored unless you request their removal. You may request deletion of a leaderboard entry at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
