Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Bao Studios LLC (“Bao Studios,” “we,” “us”) and the mobile games and services we provide, including Bao Dash, Peel, and future titles. It explains what information our games collect, how it is used, and your choices. Our games differ in their features, so a given game may collect more or less than what is described here; where a game publishes its own privacy policy, that policy governs and takes precedence for that game.

Information We Collect

• Leaderboard name — an optional, short display name you may choose voluntarily when submitting a score. It does not need to identify you.
• Score data — your high scores, submitted to our global leaderboard.
• Advertising information — in games that display ads, automatically collected by our advertising partner (Google AdMob), which may include device identifiers, IP address, and usage data, to serve and measure ads. Not every game shows ads (for example, Peel does not).

Optional Accounts & Sign-In

By default, our games let you play without an account. Some games offer optional account sign-in (for example, via Google) so you can save and sync your progress across devices. If you choose to sign in, that game collects the name and email address your sign-in provider shares with us, plus a unique account identifier, and stores your progress in Google Firebase. Peel is one such game; playing without signing in remains fully supported, and each game’s own privacy policy describes exactly what it collects.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect precise location, photos, camera data, contacts, or microphone data within our games. Apart from the optional account sign-in described above, we do not require your real name, email address, or phone number to play.

Third-Party Services

Our games use trusted third-party services that may process limited data:

• Google AdMob — serves advertisements and may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase / Firestore — stores leaderboard scores and chosen names, without requiring personally identifiable information.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate and display the global leaderboard, to serve and measure advertisements that keep our games free, and to maintain and improve our games.

Children’s Privacy

Our games are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The leaderboard name is entirely optional and need not identify anyone.

Data Retention & Your Choices

Leaderboard entries remain stored unless you request their removal. You may request deletion of a leaderboard entry at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
